Adding or cancelling a subscription

Upgrade, Add, Cancel

To Add a Platinum Solo subscription, first navigate to Your account settings, located at the bottom of the navigation bar.

Then Billing -> Upgrade.

Enter your payment details and the you will see Upgrade to Platinum. Click on the button and confirm your purchase to add the subscription.

Once you have a Platinum Solo subscription (or you are part of a Platinum Team), you can also add subscriptions to our AI Assistant or Scenarios tools. Click on the button and confirm your purchase to add the add-on subscription.

To cancel a Platinum Solo subscription select the Downgrade to Basic red button. Once you have confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled.

You will still have Platinum access to Lender Spotlight until the end of your billing cycle. This will be noted in the Platinum Solo subscription area.

To cancel a add-on subscription, click on the red downgrade add-on button for the subscription you want to cancel. Once you have confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled. Please note if you cancel Platinum Solo, your add-on subscriptions will be automatically cancelled at the same time.
