You can go to the Team Management section of Lender Spotlight and toggle Team Join Requests on/off. Please check your settings to confirm whether you want your team listed in the joinable teams. If listed, you can receive join request from new team members.
You will be notified of these join requests and they will also be listed in Team Management -> Members, where you can accept or decline the request.
