Within the Rates and the Alternative Lending sections of Lender Spotlight you have the ability to save your search filters. This is a great time saver as you can save searches for just about anything such as:
different mortgage products like insured or conventional.
favourite or preferred lenders.
specific loan programs.
searches for particular clients.
To create a new saved filter, just click the Saved Filters icon at the top of the search filters column:
After setting search filters and clicking the Saved Filters icon, the Saved Filters tab will open. You will get a text field to enter the name of your saved filter. You can call it whatever you like and we recommend naming it something easily identifiable.
You can create as many saved filters as you like. As well as name them whatever you like. It is very straight forward to add and delete saved filters. Any filter you have created can be deleted by clicking on the trashcan icon next to the filter you want gone.
NOTE: Saved filters do not save the rate as of today's date, just the criteria of the search. If you created a saved filter today, those rates will most likely be different next month, but the search criteria and selected search filters will be the same.
