As a team owner or admin of a Lender Spotlight Platinum Team, you have the ability to show or hide lenders for your team. This is done through the Team Management section of Lender Spotlight. To access that section, click this icon from the navigation bar.
The Team Management section looks like this:
Under Manage Lenders, select Statuses:
In Statuses area, you will have a list of all available lenders. You can use selector to the right to make a lender visible to your team on Lender Spotlight. No Status will hide a lender. Approved will make the lender visible.
Please note that some lenders statuses include the base compensation they are paying. You can change this to the compensation status you are receiving for select lenders. Scotia for example as Comp Tier Volume Bonus (VB) 0 to 35 available.
Please check the specific lender in the Statuses area to see what compensation status is available. If the one you are looking for is not available, please contact support and we can look to get it added for you and your team.
