Once I have a Lender Spotlight Platinum, do I get a different login and password?

Your login will remain the same. Your free basic access will be upgraded to Platinum and you will have full access to the platform. There is no change to your login.

If you wish to change your log-in to Email & Password you can do so under Your account (bottom icon on the navigation bar). Here you can update your email address and add a password to your account. You then can log-in via your social account (Google or LinkedIn) or Email & Password.
