If you are searching LenderSpotlight and you can't seem to find a particular rate you expect to be displayed, there may be a few reasons why that might be the case:
The rate might be exclusive to your brokerage and the brokerage admin has not created a exclusive rate product yet in Lender Spotlight.
If it is an exclusive rate for your team, other members of your team might not have access to the rate so it has not been loaded as that rate would display for everyone on your team.
The brokerage admin may also have simply chosen not to load that rate.
You could have entered incorrect data in your search filters. Please double check your search filters to make sure the right info was entered.
The particular lender may not yet be on Lender Spotlight. Not ever lender is a lending partner of Lender Spotlight. If there is a lender you don't see on the platform, please reach out and let our support team know. We can then look to see if we can connect with the lender and get them added.
