I don't seem to have access anymore. Did I get removed?

No, most likely you’ve logged in with a different social account that has a different email address attached to it and a brand new free basic account in Lender Spotlight has been created.

To verify, go to Your account settings, which is the bottom icon on the navigation bar. You can check your account details here and see which email address is associated with your Lender Spotlight account. If it is not the email that you used to subscribe to Lender Spotlight or join a Platinum Team, you most likely are signed into the wrong account.

Select Sign out and then sign back with the correct social account (Google or LinkedIn) or with Email & Password.
