This is a great and common question we get asked. The answer is we are updating, verifying and editing data on Lender Spotlight everyday! One of the over 60 lenders on Spotlight is always sending out a slight change to a policy, updating a rate or adding new products.

We do our very best to keep Spotlight up to date with the absolute most accurate information but we are certainly not perfect. If you ever have any doubt about any of the information certainly feel free to ask us and we will double check with the lender or make the details clearer in case of any confusion. Nothing clarifies like clarity!

If we have to make an update because something was out of date then we'll send you a $10 dollar coffee card. We actually don't have to do this very often but we want you to know we take great pride to have accurate data.
