How often is Lender Spotlight updated?

This is a great and common question we get asked. The answer is we are updating, verifying and editing data on Lender Spotlight everyday! One of our 60+ lending partners is always sending out a slight change to a policy, updating a rate, or adding or removing products.

At the bottom of every Product Card are 2 dates. The Verified by Spotlight date is the last time the rate was updated and verified. The Last updated date is the last time the product itself was changed.

We do our very best to keep Lender Spotlight up to date with the most up to date and accurate information but we are certainly not perfect. If you ever have any doubt about any of the information, feel free to ask us and we will double check with the lender or make the details clearer in case of any confusion. Nothing clarifies like clarity!
