This is not in fact a rate card on Spotlight. This is what we call "The Lender Card". This card represents that we have Radius Financial listed on Spotlight, that we have a certain number of products cards listed and the lowest rate they are offering.

To learn more about this lender you need to go further and click on the card where you will then see more cards showing what they offer.

These cards show you the product, the LTV, if you are on a team compensation and the rate. It will also show you the date the product was updated and the last date it was re audited as correct.

You can go one step further by clicking on the rate on the product name (found underneath the lender name) and you will see in the overview that is filled with detailed info on the product. This allows you to review the details before presenting the product to a client .
