This right here is what we call a Lender Card. This card represents that we have Strive as a certified lending partner on Lender Spotlight. This card identifies that Strive has 66 total products available on the platform, and the lowest rate available from those 66 products is 3.70%.
Clicking on a Lender Card, in this example on the Strive Lender Card, will let you view all 66 products available (if no search filters have been set). Those available products are displayed on Product Cards.
Product Cards show you the product name, the LTV range, compensation in BPS, and the rate. There are also 2 dates at the bottom of the card. The verified by Spotlight date is the last time the rate was updated and verified. The Last updated date is the last time the product itself was changed.
Clicking on the Product Card will give you a detailed product view including an overview, base rate with any variances, compensation, min/max product requirements and any product notes. There is a button to go back to products and rates and also a button to take you to that lenders guidelines within their lender profile.
