Once you've verified and entered your lender profile information, the next step is getting your lender contacts added. You can choose to add Business Development Managers, Administration Contacts, Underwriters or anything else you'd like.
How to add contacts
Within your lender profile Scroll down to Contacts. Click on Add Contact.
This will open a pop up that allows you to type in the relevant contact's information. Enter the information and select Save.
NOTE: It is required to add name, email, phone#, position and area of service for every contact you add. You will also need to add at least one contact before you are able to publish your lender.
How to edit or delete a contact.
Follow the instructions above to access the Alternative Lending portal.
Scroll down to Contacts and click on the contact you want to edit or delete.
Select either Delete or Edit.
You can also select Edit Contact Order to reorder your contacts listing order.
