Creating at least one loan solution is another key step before you are able to publish your lender profile. To get started, select a loan type and loan option combination that you fund. If you do both residential and construction you'll need to create at least one solution of either or before your profile will be able to be published.

NOTE: You can only have one loan solution per loan option, and all the information you add on this page will relate only to the loan option you select. The more loan solutions that you enter the more you will appear in searches and the more likely brokers will reach out.

Once you have completed and saved the details, you can duplicate a loan solution so that details can be copied across. After duplicating, simply update the loan option and change any relevant details (e.g., rates or fees) if they differ.

1. Click the image or the image icon on the left menu to access the "Admin portal".

2. Select 'Admin Portal".

3. Then choose "Alternative Lending" and click on the "Name" of the profile you want to review and update.

4. Scroll down to "Loan Solutions" and click on "Add Loan Solution".

This will open a pop up that will allow you to add in information. Fill in all the relevant information, taking care to make sure to fill out the required fields (marked with a *) then click "Save".

NOTE: If you don't fill in all the required fields (marked with a *) you will not be able to save the Loan Solution.

TIP: when adding the locations you lend in, make sure to tick off "rural" and "other" option for each province to ensure we cover all the areas you lend to for that loan solution. Remember to select as many locations that apply to you to help make the loan solution appear in all the relevant searches.

Once you have created the first loan solution, you can duplicate it so as not to have to enter all the same information for different solutions.
