How many Loan Solutions can I publish?
You can only have one entry per loan option. For example you can have only one "Purchase First", "Purchase Second", "Bridging Loan", "Refinance First" and so on.
How often can I update either the Loan Solutions or my Lender Profile?
You can update either of them as often as you like and we encourage you to keep them as current as possible. Once you publish, the update is immediately live on our site so there is no lag time.
Do all my Loan Solutions have to be available in the same area or match in any way.
No. Each Loan Solution can be completely tailored to the area or any specific underwriting requirements they might have. There is an option to duplicate the solution to save you from re-typing common elements.
How many brokers will see my Lender Profile?
We have almost 10,000 users across our platform coast to coast. You will be seen by a lot of brokers.
Can you help me update the Lender Profile?
Yes we can assist with any issues of posting or updating but the platform is designed to be entirely self-serve.
I need to update my credit card, how do I do that?

Can I login with and email password?
Lender Spotlight is a social login platform. You login via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google.
Can I got to month to month and cancel anytime?
