Maximum mortgage amount

If the lender has provided clear maximum mortgage amount so that you can select the rate we've done the following;

For all properties that would be considered a "Type A" four season property. You can find them tagged as "Second Home" and searchable that way from our main rate area.

Policy details

If you want to find policy details maximums you can find that in the policy area under "Second Homes / Family Plan". In this area you may also find lenders who note they will look at this type of file but have not completely defined details to make a rate search possible. That information will be noted in this area as well there is typically a note asking you to speak to the Business Development Manager about the file.
