Once you have created at least one loan solution, you can duplicate it so as not to have to enter all the same information for different solutions. This can definitely save you time with creating similar loan solutions such as Purchase 1st Mortgage, Purchase 2nd Mortgage, etc.
Scroll down to either the Residential, Construction, or Commercial Loan Solutions section(s).
Locate the loan option you want to duplicate.
On the right hand side of the loan option click on Duplicate.
A page will appear with all the existing information. Select a new Loan Option from the dropdown menu. Scroll through the fields and make any additional changes you'd like to the new loan solution.
After completing the new loan solution, click on the Save button at the end.
