Many lenders have a sliding scale for their uninsured mortgages and that information can easily be found in our "Policy" section.

Just click on the file drawer icon on the left hand side and scroll through the list to find "Sliding Scale".

Check it off and you'll be easily able to review the lenders who do and do not have sliding scale and the details.
