Many lenders have a sliding scale for their uninsured mortgages. Those policies and guidelines can be found in the Policy section of Lender Spotlight.
Click on the Policies icon on the navigation bar to go to the Policies section. Select "Sliding Scale" from the Policies multi-select menu. This will give you the guidelines regarding sliding scale values from our lending partners. You can also select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu to narrow your search results.
