Several lenders in the broker channel do provide Equity or Net Worth lending lending programs.
You can view those lenders products and rates by selecting "Equity" from the Programs multi-select menu in the Rates section.
You can find the policy information for these programs by navigating to the Policy section and selecting "Equity & Net Worth Lending" from the Policies multi-select menu. This will give you the guidelines about equity and net worth lending from our lending partners. You can also select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu.
