There are an array of choices for client appraisal options that lenders have. We currently catalogue all those choices under the "Appraisals" policy category.

To search by appraisals, navigate to the policy area on the left side of the page and click the file drawer icon.

Scroll to "Appraisals" and check off. The results will be displayed on the right side.

As a bonus option we also track in the category "APV", all lenders that allow for automated property valuations.
