If a lender will look at a condo or strata building that is an age restricted community (for those 55 plus for example) you can find those guidelines by navigating to the Policy section and typing "age restricted" with quotes in the search bar. The search results will highlight all lender policies and guidelines where age restricted appears.
You can use the other search filters (Province, Lender Type, Lenders) to help narrow down your search results. You can select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu if you have a particular lender in mind you wish to check.
