If a lender will look at a condo or strata building that is an age restricted community (for those 55 plus for example) you can find those by navigating to the policy area and typing "age restricted" in the search bar.

You will get a list all the lenders who have provided policy material on age restricted buildings, that is, we will display both yes and no answers. This way you know who to avoid as well.
