Some lenders will allow for small square footage commonly called micro condos. There are several categories you can choose to search for this information in the policy area; "Micro condos", "Square footage" or "Condos"
You can easily find access to information on lender policies around small square footage by navigating to the policy area and selecting one of those categories or a multiple of them.
Click on the file drawer icon on the left menu.
Under "Policies" scroll down to find "Micro condos", "Square footage" or "Condos" and check off the one(s) you want to search for.
The results will display on the right, scroll down to view.
If you focus on "Micro condos" the results will tell you if the lender does "Micro condos", which are usually under 500 square feet and the requirements for it .
