Some lenders will allow for small square footage properties commonly called micro condos. There are several categories you can choose to search for this information in the Policy section such as: "Micro Condos", "Square Footage" or "Condos". All categories are selectable from the Policies multi-select menu. You can select one or more categories at a time.
If you select only "Micro Condos" the results will tell you if the lender does "Micro Condos", which are usually under 500 square feet and the requirements for it. You can also select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu to check guidelines for only those lenders selected.
