You can find information on lender policies and guidelines regarding Leasehold properties by navigating to the Policy section and selecting "Leased land" from the Policies multi-select menu. This will give you the guidelines about leased land or leasehold properties from our lending partners. You can also select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu to narrow your search results.
