You can easily find access to information on lender policies around Leasehold properties by navigating to the policy area and looking for "Leased land"
This will assist you in the types of leases and other policy detail that lenders will allow
Click on the file drawer icon on the left menu.
Under "Policies" scroll down to find "Leased land" and check off.
The results will display on the right, scroll down to view.
