There are multiple sections on Lender Spotlight to search by provinces and one where you can specific city and province.
For Prime/Traditional lenders or Alt lenders with a defined rates
Within the Rates section, you can select to search by a single province with the Provincial Availability search filter:
Within the Policies section, you can select to search by a single province with the Provincial Availability search filter, and also select policy category Areas for Lending from the Polices multi-select menu. This will allow to review lenders guidelines on the areas where they do business. You can also select a single or multiple lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu to narrow your search results to only the lender(s) you select.
Alternative Lenders without set/defined rates
Within the Alternative Lending section of Lender Spotlight, you can search by city and province. Once you have selected a Loan Type (Commercial, Construction, Residential) and a province, you will get additional search filters including Location, which will allow you to search by a specific city within the province you selected.
You can scroll through the cities and towns alphabetically or type in the exact one you are looking for within the Location search filter.
