There are two areas on Spotlight to search by cities and/or areas where lenders will lend:
For files that are a Prime or Alternate with a defined price structure
Navigate to the policy area and you can review the policy category by checking off "Areas for Lending". If the lender has provided very specific areas they lend in it will be mentioned there.
For files that are priced per deal with Alt B, MIC & Privates
Navigate to our new Alternative lending area and you can select by province and city and see which lender will lend there .
You will see a drop down menu and can choose by province and/or city
