If you are looking to find information on lender buydowns there are two options.
How to find buydowns in the rate card
Click into the "Overview" area of the rate card and scroll down to "Buydown (MAX)" This will show the maximum you are allowed as a broker to buydown the rate.
How to search by rate buydown
To see how much a rate buydown will cost i.e. if the max buydown is 20 bps it may cost you $xxxx click on the "Policies" section on the left menu and select the "Rate Buydowns" category. You will see the guideline displayed on the right side of the card.
