Lender Spotlight does have information on commercial property and zoning in the "Property Type" policy category. This is selectable from the Policies multi-select menu. You can enter commercial as your keyword search in the search box at the top of the screen.
Within in the Alternative Lending section, you can search for alt lenders that do commercial financing as well. Select Alternative Lending from the navigation bar and then Commercial for Loan Type and the province and then click the Search button to begin your search.
