Currently there is not an area to search commercial rates on Lender Spotlight (it is something we are working on). We do however have information on commercial property and zoning in both the "Property Type" and "Commercial " policy areas.
You can easily find access to information on lender policies around by navigating to the policy area and selecting one of those categories or a multiple of them.
Click on the file drawer icon on the left menu.
Under "Policies" scroll down to find "Property type" or "Commercial Lending" and check off the one(s) you want to search for.
The results will display on the right, scroll down to view.
