If you have a unique property that requires a mortgage you can search for them in Lender Spotlight. Simply navigate to the policy area and in the top search bar enter the property type you are looking for, whether it be airbnb, heritage home or some other unique property. The search will bring up all the lender policies where that property type is listed and will show whether the particular lender says yes or no on them.
