If you have a unique property that requires a mortgage you can search for them in Lender Spotlight. Navigate to the Policy section and in the search bar enter the property type you are looking for, whether it be airbnb, heritage home or another other unique property type. The search will bring up all the lender policies where that property type is listed and will note whether the particular lender will lend on that property type. You can also select Property Type from the Policies multi-select menu and select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu to further refine your search results.
