In some cases a full appraisal may not be required for all mortgage applications. Lender Spotlight has information from lenders on what properties they will allow for when using Auto Property Valuation (APV).
Simply navigate to the Policy section and select APV from the Policies multi-select menu. This will give you the guidelines about APV from our lending partners. You can also select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu.
