You can access the Alternative Lender section of Lender Spotlight two ways:

1# Via the Lender Section on the black navigation bar. There are Tabs to switch between lender types. Once Alternative Lenders is selected, you can scroll through the list of lenders or use your browser find function to search by key word. Selecting a lender will take you to their lender profile where you can see the lenders contact details and also all their loan solutions.

2# Via the dedicated Alternative Lending area of Lender Spotlight. Accessible by the icon on the black navigation bar, pictured below.

Once in the Alternative Lending area, you can start searching for lenders. You can specific Loan Type (Commercial / Construction / Residential ) and Province to get started.

After Loan Type and Province have been selected, you will be able to see all available lenders, their lender type, and their available loan solutions.

Using the Search Filters provided you can narrow down your search based on the criteria of your deal or application. You can even save the Search Filters selected for quicker access to lenders at a later date.

Here is an example search including the search criteria and matching lenders:

You can now select any of the displayed lenders to see additional information on their available loan solutions by clicking anywhere on their lender card. Doing so will bring you to their loan solution cards.

Clicking on the loan solution card will show you all the information on that particular loan solution, and a description on the lender. You can navigate back to your search results or select contact lender for all their contact details (buttons are top right).

Should you have any questions, please connect with us through the Lender Spotlight live chat (this icon, bottom right of the screen).
