If you have a client with a rental property or a number of rental properties, and want to confirm if a lender will allow you to place their mortgage with them, check the Policies section. Click on the Policies icon and then select "Rentals - Area, Maximum Doors & Net Worth Requirements" from the Policies multi-select menu.
You can use the other search filters to refine your search. You can also select a specific lender or lenders from the Lenders multi-select menu if you want to view guidelines for one or more particular lender.
