In Lender Spotlight, you can compare both HELOC and combo product rates, but they are displayed in two different spots:

To search for HELOC rates only on the left menu under ‘Term Types’ select ‘HELOC’.

Lender Spotlight will display only the rates for the line of credit.

If you would like to see the rates for combo products, for example, Manulife One fixed terms, you need to select the below:

On the left menu scroll down to ‘Programs’ and select ‘HELOC (Multi-Component Products’.

Please note that the max LTV of HELOC on the cards is displayed. All the rest is the fixed term portion.
