In Lender Spotlight, you can compare both HELOC revolving and instalment product rates. They are selectable from two different search filters.
To search for HELOC revolving rates only, select HELOC from Term Type:
If you would like to see the rates for HELOC multi-component products, for example the Manulife One fixed terms, you can select HELOC (Multi-Component Products from the Programs multi-select search filter:
