Searching for and finding a lender that will accept raw land can be tricky. This guide will help you to find the right lender for your client.

On the left menu, select "Rates" and scroll down until you find "Programs" and then select "Raw Land".

If you want more options, you can also search in the "Alternative Lending" section as some Credit Unions may accept a deal with raw land.

Click on the "Alternative lending icon to access.

Another option is to go to the "Policies" section on the left menu, and there you can find a library with all lender's rules. Click on "Show More" and scroll down to "Raw Land". The results will be displayed on the right of the screen. . From there, match the options and determine which lender accepts what you are looking for.
