Why can't I log in with my Google account?

Google allows users to use more than one Google account at the same time. If you already have an account in Lender Spotlight created with a Google account, and have multiple Google accounts, you may experience issues when logging into Lender Spotlight.

If you have multiple Google accounts, you need to make sure you are logged into the Google account associated with your Lender Spotlight account. The same Google account used to create your Lender Spotlight profile. You can verify which Google account you are currently using by clicking on your profile in the top left corner of your browser:

The key is to signed into the Google account associated with your Lender Spotlight account, and to be signed out from the Google accounts that are not associated. Click this GOOGLE LINK to learn more.

Alternatively, you can add password to your Lender Spotlight account and then use Email & Password to log-in instead of Google. Using Email & Password will allow you to use any of your emails for logging into Lender Spotlight. To do this, please go to Your account settings, which is the bottom icon on the navigation bar. In settings you can update your address, and add or update your password:
