Upon signing up you will be granted access to a "basic" account. You can choose to upgrade at any time to a "platinum" account to gain access to the full suite of lenders, policies and rates.
What is the difference between "basic" and "platinum"
With a basic account (which is free) you have limited access to rates and policies. You will also have access to only a small portion of lender rates.
Once you become a platinum member, you will have access to thousands of rates and policies updated daily allowing you to find the best rate for your borrower which you will be able to compare and send to them. We also have an entire section for Alternative Lending, with direct contacts, rates and rules which you can access.
You can also integrate LenderSpotlight with your FINMO account and submit your deals directly to the lender quickly and easily without going back and forth to sites.
How to upgrade from a basic to a platinum subscription?
Once you have the basic account, click on the icon to access settings.
In the "Billing" section, select "Upgrade".
Select monthly or yearly billing.
Enter your credit card information and click on "Subscribe"
That's it! You're now subscribed to Lender Spotlight Platinum and have access to thousands of daily updated rates and policies. :)
