Lender Spotlight a accurate database of products, rates, and policies. With Lender Spotlight Platinum, mortgage professionals can access a daily updated database of thousands of lender rates and policies and find products relevant to their client’s application criteria with a few simple clicks.
Upon signing up you will be granted access to a "basic" account. A basic Lender Spotlight account is 100% free. You can choose to upgrade at any time to Platinum to gain full access to the platform. You will see a Upgrade button in most sections of Lender Spotlight and can get Platinum at any time.
What is the difference between Basic and Platinum
With a basic account you have limited access to the information on Lender Spotlight. You will also not have access to all the features and tools on the platform such as the Compare and Share tool or saved filters.
Once you have Platinum, you will have full access to thousands of products, rates and policies updated daily, directly from our lending partners. You also have access to saved filters, the Compare and Share tool, lender profiles and contact information. Everything you could need, all in one platform.
