As we aim to improve Lender Spotlight, we may require more detailed data about our users to help us better develop our features and offerings. If a pop-up shows on the screen please fill in the required fields. As soon as you complete your profile details you will be able to access Lender Spotlight normally.
Lendesk / Lender Spotlight does not share your information with anyone outside our company and this data is only used internally to better assist our users.
When you hit save a short questionnaire will pop up. Click the arrow on the right to access the drop down menu to select an option for each question.
Note: none of the data is required and can be left blank.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, click Continue to Lender Spotlight and this pop up won't appear again.
