Why is Lender Spotlight asking for more profile details?

As we aim to improve our platform daily we require more detailed data about our users to help us better develop our offerings to our clients. If a pop-up shows on the screen please fill in the required fields. As soon as you complete your profile details you will be able to access Lender Spotlight normally.

Lendesk does not share your details with anyone outside our company and this data is only used internally to better assist our users.

When you hit save a short questionnaire will pop up. Click the arrow on the right to access the drop down menu to select an option for each question.

Note: none of the data is required and can be left blank.

Once you have completed the questionnaire just click "Continue to Lender Spotlight" and this pop up won't appear again.
