Lender Spotlight is the most complete and accurate database of lender products, rates and policies available in the Canadian market. All the information on the platform is maintained by our dedicated Lender Spotlight Team.
Our lending partners send us the information that needs to be updated, usually daily, and the Lender Spotlight Team inputs this information as soon as the data arrives. The information is then verified and reviewed to confirm accuracy.
The only exception are lenders who advertise in the Alternative Lending section as this information is maintained by them directly. They are committed to keeping their own information accurate and up to date.
