How to invite or remove a member from your team (admins only)

As a team admin on Lender Spotlight, you have the ability to add or remove team members through your "Admin Portal".

How to access your "Admin Portal"

To access, click on the image icon on the left menu to open "Settings".

Next select your brokerage name in the "Brokerages" section

Then choose "Brokers". This will display a list of the brokers currently on your team.

How to Invite a new team member

Once you have done the steps above you will see a section called "Invite Users" on the right menu. Simply enter the email of the person you would like to invite to join your team and they will receive an invitation to join. You can also view any pending invitations that have not yet been accepted.

How to remove a new team member

Access your "Admin Portal" (see steps above for directions) you will see a list of your team members in the "Users" section. Simply click on the "Delete" button to remove them. Once you've deleted a team member you will no longer be billed for that seat.
