How to subscribe to the AI Assistant

Note: You must be a Lender Spotlight Platinum user to be able to add on the AI Assistant. If you have not yet subscribed to Platinum you will be asked to do so.


Try it out

Excited and want to try it out? If you'd like to give the AI Assistant a test before adding it to your subscription, there's a simple "Get started" version on both Basic and Platinum subscriptions. Here's what you need to do:

1. Login to Lender Spotlight as usual

2. Click on the new AI icon on the left menu

3. Select any of the sample questions on the "Get started" section

4. Click the "Ask question" button, and see how it works


How to sign up for the AI Assistant

1. Click on the "Settings" icon on the bottom left menu and select "Subscriptions"

Note: If you do not already have a credit card entered you will be prompted to enter credit card details. To do so, fill in the "Payment details" section, and click the "Add payment method" button.

2. Once credit card details have been entered you will see a button saying "Purchase add-on" under the AI Assistant section. Click on "Purchase add-on"

3. You will be asked to confirm that you agree to the subscription and your card will be charged $29 and monthly thereafter. Click on "Confirm"

🥳 Congratulations! You now have access to the Lender Spotlight AI Assistant and can ask questions about policies. To access the AI Assistant simply click on the "AI icon" on the left navigation menu.


How to cancel the AI Assistant subscription

1. Click on the "Settings icon" on the bottom left menu and select "Subscriptions"

2. Click on the "Cancel subscription" button under the "AI Assistant" section


3. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Click on the "Cancel my subscription" button.

Note: You will not be refunded for any days left in your monthly subscription, and you will continue to have access to the AI Assistant until your next billing date.

4. You can re-subscribe anytime before that billing date by clicking back into the billing section and clicking on "Resume subscription".
