With so many lenders available on Lender Spotlight choosing the best lender for your file can be challenging. Our “Scenarios” tool will help you to present your recommendations to your client with a clear and professional preview of different options.

Note: You must be a Lender Spotlight Platinum user to be able to add on the Scenarios. If you have not yet subscribed to Platinum, you will be asked to do so.

1. Login to Lender Spotlight as usual

2. Click on the "Settings" icon on the bottom left menu and select "Subscriptions"

Note: If you do not already have a credit card entered you will be prompted to enter credit card details. To do so, fill in the "Payment details" section, and click the "Add payment method" button.

3. Once credit card details have been entered you will see a button saying "Purchase add-on" under the “Scenarios” section. Please note that offer two add-ons, “AI Assistant” and “Scenarios” so make sure you select the correct add-on. Click on "Purchase add-on".

4. You will be asked to confirm that you agree to the subscription and your card will be charged $29 and monthly thereafter. Click on "Confirm"

🥳 Congratulations! You now have access to Lender Spotlight Comparison Scenarios. To access the tool simply click on the “Scenarios” icon on the left navigation menu.

I am a free Lender Spotlight User (Basic) can I sign up for the Scenario feature?
