How to cancel the Scenarios subscription

The great thing about Scenarios is there is no contract required, and you can cancel at any time. Please allow for one billing cycle to take place prior to changes taking effect.

At Lender Spotlight, we are constantly thinking of new features that will support you, the brokers that use it. If you're open to it, we'd love to understand why you're cancelling, and what we can do to provide more value to you. Step by step instructions on how to cancel

1. Click on the "Settings icon" on the bottom left menu and select "Subscriptions"

2. Click on the "Cancel subscription" button under the "Scenarios" section

3. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Click on the "Cancel my subscription" button.

Note: You will not be refunded for any days left in your monthly subscription, and you will continue to have access to the “Scenarios” until your next billing date.
